Today, the Iniskoy for Peace and Development Organization (IPDO) proudly marked Human Rights Day 2024 at the Qansax-Dheere Camp in Baidoa. We joined Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs) to discuss and advocate for the importance of respecting human rights for all.
This year’s theme, “Our Rights, Our Future, Right Now,” reminds us that protecting and promoting human rights is an urgent call to action, not just a vision for tomorrow.
Through dialogue and engagement, we emphasized the role of dignity, equality, and inclusion in building a brighter future. We are inspired by the resilience and courage of those who continue to stand up for their rights, even in challenging circumstances.
IPDO remains committed to supporting human rights advocacy, community empowerment, and inclusive development in Somalia.
