The Iniskoy for Peace and Development Organization (IPDO) is pleased to share that we successfully conducted a Leadership and Advocacy Skills training for women and girls in Baidoa on 13–14 November 2025, with generous support from SIHA Network.
The training aimed to empower young women and girls with the knowledge, confidence, and skills needed to become strong leaders and effective advocates in their communities. IPDO thanks all participants, facilitators, and our partner SIHA Network for making this initiative possible. Together, we continue to invest in women’s leadership and promote positive change in society.
